Terms & Conditions for Booking with Ferdinand Collective Limited

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and participation in activities, training sessions, camps, and events organised by Ferdinand Collective Limited ("we," "our," or "us"). By booking and participating in any of our offerings, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking and Payment
a. Booking Process
- All bookings must be made through our official website, 360 Player, or other approved booking platforms. By submitting a booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
b. Payment
- Payment for bookings must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not accept cash or cheque.
- Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment. If payment is not received, your booking will be considered incomplete, and your place may be forfeited.
c. Confirmation
- Once your booking is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your booking. Please review this information carefully and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
a. Cancellations by You
- If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing via email at
hello@ferdinandcollective.com. Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the timing of your cancellation:
- More than 14 days before the event: Full refund.
- 7 to 14 days before the event: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before the event: No refund.
b. Cancellations by Us
- We reserve the right to cancel any training session, event, or camp due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, insufficient participants, or other operational reasons. In such cases, you will be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to transfer your booking to another date.
c. Non-Attendance
- Failure to attend a booked session without prior notice will result in no refund or credit being issued.
3. Rescheduling
- If you need to reschedule your booking, you must contact us in writing at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee availability.
- Requests to reschedule made less than 7 days before the event may incur an additional charge.
4. Participation Requirements
a. Eligibility
- Ferdinand Collective Limited activities are open to participants of all skill levels, subject to any age or eligibility restrictions specified in the event description.
- All participants under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to participate.
b. Health and Safety
- By booking and participating, you confirm that you or your child is physically fit and able to engage in the activities provided. You agree to notify us of any medical conditions, injuries, or other concerns that may affect participation.
- We reserve the right to deny participation to any individual who, in our judgment, poses a risk to themselves or others, or whose behaviour is disruptive.
5. Liability
a. Personal Injury
- Participation in football training and related activities carries inherent risks. By participating, you (or your child) voluntarily assume these risks. Ferdinand Collective Limited, its coaches, staff, and affiliates will not be liable for any personal injury, accident, or loss that occurs during participation, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
b. Property Damage
- Ferdinand Collective Limited is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the sessions, including but not limited to sports equipment, clothing, or valuables.
c. Insurance
- We recommend that participants obtain their own personal injury and property insurance coverage.
6. Code of Conduct
a. Participants
- All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches, staff, other participants, and facilities. Bullying, harassment, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any participant from the session without refund if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate.
b. Parents/Guardians
- Parents and guardians are encouraged to support participants positively. Disruptive or abusive behaviour from parents or guardians will result in removal from the premises, and further participation may be revoked without refund.
7. Media Release
By participating in our events, you (or your child) consent to the use of photos, videos, and other media content featuring you (or your child) for promotional and marketing purposes by Ferdinand Collective Limited. If you do not wish to be featured, please notify us in writing before the start of the event.
8. Changes to Events or Sessions
We reserve the right to make changes to the venue, schedule, or content of any session or event at short notice. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible.
9. Data Protection
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By booking with us, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your data for the purposes of administering your booking and improving our services.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your booking will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
