The Ferdinand Academy is our high-performance training environment for ambitious young players aged U8–U16 (subject to area) who want more from their football. 

Competing in the Junior Premier League and led by experienced coaches, the Academy combines elite-level technical and tactical development with our core philosophy of Empowering the Player, Building the Person. 

We challenge players to raise their standards on the pitch while developing the discipline, resilience and character needed to succeed beyond the game
